United States. Typically, athletes mail or email coaches their
highlight video to help improve their chance of getting noticed. Keep
in mind that coaches receive 100s of videos each week, which is why we

How does it work?
Pressing
Matters provides either a complete turnkey video service, wherein we
provide a professional videographer and high end video equipment or you
shoot your own video with any consumer level equipment and provide us with the
raw footage. We edit and massage the video and put it in a package that
sells.
If you
shoot your own video or have videos stockpiled from recent or previous years,
our staff will give you ideas on the type of raw footage that is best to
send us along with some ideas on how to identify the specific scenes you
want us to look at. In turn, we’ll use our sports knowledge and expertise
(staff members are former collegiate and professional athletes, coaches and
managers) to place your student athlete in a position that best
highlights his/her skills for college coaches.
To make
your highlight video stand out amongst the crowd, Pressing Matters will add
title graphics, music, video effects, slow-down and/or speed up specific
sequences. For baseball, we can even show you in hitting sequences side
by side with your favorite major league baseball players to make sure your
video grabs your audiences attention.

reason, we have priced our video services to be cost-effective, while
focusing on quality so that your student-athlete stands out to select
college coaches. The entire highlight video package, which includes
professional level video equipment and editing capabilities plus the
knowledge, skill and perspective of former professional and collegiate level
athletes, coaches and managers is priced at $269.
You’ll
receive 3 high quality DVDs, a highlight video file that can be
uploaded and hosted to your On-Line Profile or CSA PrepStar’s video website.
In addition, you can embed the video on your own website, Facebook,
YouTube or other social network websites of your choice.

2-3 Week Turnaround time
While we
can’t guarantee turnaround time unless we see your video, we normally can
turnaround any footage within 2-3 weeks. Final turnaround time will depend
upon, but not limited to, the format of your video (i.e. 8 mm, cassette tapes,
reel, etc.), how quickly you can send it to us, and current workload of our
professional editing staff. We’ve returned some video in as little as 7
business days, but most highlight video packages will be returned within 3
weeks of receiving your raw footage.
