How do I place an order?

Click on the "Products" button on the left side of your screen to view our catalog.  Scroll down to the product of your choice and click on "Order Now".  The screen will prompt you to the "Order Form Instructions" page where we give you easier step by step instructions on how to order.  At the bottom of the page, click the link to the order form. (Linked to PayPal).
Fill out all of the information at the top of the form.  Continue your order by filling out the customized text section for the item. If you are ordering multiple products, upload another file for the additional item and fill out the customized text section. 
If you are ordering a customized poster select the size, poster style, # of photos, player name, number, and background color.

When the ordering process is complete, click on both the tax and shipping buttons (highlighted in red) at the bottom of the screen.  Click the continue button and proceed to PayPal.  Your will automatically receive an order summary at the specified E-mail address.


Where can I find the photos shot of my child at a recent event?

Unless you have previously purchased an appointment with us, we will usually not upload your photos to the Internet. Photos of the event can be viewed on site with our computer network.  If you have booked an appointment with us, proceed to the "Photo Gallery" section of our website to view your action shots.


How do I book a personal appointment for an upcoming event?

Click on the "Book an Appointment" button at the left side of your screen.  Fill out all of the information and submit your form.  We will require a prepaid deposit.


Who can I contact if I have a problem or if I am checking on an order?

You can reach our office between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday - Friday by calling (818) 206-3229.  You can also reach us by E-mail at greg@pmatters.com .  Please be specific and include all of your order information so that we can respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.
